A native of Southern California and raised in Beverly Hills, Andrea Pilot has expertise in single-family homes, fine estates, luxury condominiums, investment properties, and new construction. A seasoned investor herself, Andrea carefully listens to her clients and works tirelessly to help buyers, sellers and investors achieve their real estate goals.
She is organized, efficient, and thoroughly informed. Andrea prides herself on researching the real estate trends in various neighborhoods in order to best educate and advise her clients. Additionally, she has taken extensive classes on negotiation at Harvard University and, as such, is in the business of doing what it takes to close transactions. Guided by the simple principle that “everyone wins when everyone wins,” Andrea is known for communicating with all parties involved in order to achieve the desired outcome. Trust isn’t manufactured; it’s earned. If nothing else, Andrea is deemed trustworthy by her clients and her associates. In addition to highly professional and caring service, Andrea is well respected for her strengths in sales and marketing, skills she honed during a successful career in the music business, encompassing radio, music management, and promotion. Andrea is a Certified Negotiation Specialist and Certified Condominium Specialist. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University.
